Kitty has only one mission on mind i.e. to take over the world. But she must be stopped from fulfilling her bad dreams and the responsibility is on the shoulders of Diggs, a police dog and Butch, his mentor. Dogs HQ has selected both of them to put stop to her. Soon, the cats too join hands with dogs. The additional help comes from birds and all of them try to stop Kitty Galore.
